This was such a special wedding for me because the bride is a really great friend of mine! Rylie and Alex got married at the San Francisco City Hall and let me tell you if you’re considering a city hall wedding THIS IS THE PLACE!. It’s a very popular spot to get married and you’re likely to see anywhere from 5-10 other couples in the building when you go in for the ceremony. Slots are booked out months prior no matter the day of week or time you’re hoping to snag. Despite its popularity I really didn’t feel like their day felt overcrowded by the others there or that they seemed any less special. The officiants there are amazing and even though they do so many ceremonies every single day it felt like such an intimate and unique moment for them. The building itself is such a gem with so many photo opportunities everywhere you look. it is a photographer’s dream and I easily could have spent all day exploring the entire building with them and making it a full day shoot.
